
AROUND THE WORLD STAIR CHALLENGE
FOR THIS CHALLENGE YOU ARE TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE STAIR CHALLENGES FOLLOWING THE RULES BELOW:

1. You must run or walk up & down the stairs in your house, apartment block, or somewhere outdoors.
​
2. Complete the required number of steps for the building you have selected for your challenge (you can spread this out i.e. 2909 steps can be spread out over a day or two).
​
3. Count the Number of steps you have in your house/venue. Tally the number of times you go up and down. Until you reach your target and record your time.
​
4. You can choose more than one and add the corresponding point score to your total.
