CREATE YOUR OWN WORKOUT

DESIGN and COMPLETE your own at-home circuit!
You can use any equipment you have in the house and put together a physical activity circuit.
You should have at least 8 different activities in your circuit and it should go for 30 minutes.
Type up/draw up the circuit and attach it to the activity tracker for this week to earn your bonus points.

Some ideas for equipment may include drink bottle weights or dining chair tricep dips.
