RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
For this challenge, 30 minutes of ACTIVE PLAY will give you your 100 points.
These activities are those physical activities/skill-building activities you do in your own time and could include but are not limited to;
​
Table Tennis, tennis, shooting hoops, soccer skills, juggling, backyard cricket etc.
​
60 minutes of active play will earn you an extra 50 points.
