
CLIMB THE LADDER
Stair challenge - this activity is worth different points depending on what stage of the activity you get to.
If you are in a two-story house the internal stairs are perfect, if you have steps somewhere else in the house you might need to go up and down them to at least get a total of ten stairs in between each activity.
If you have no stairs at your house you could choose to run up the driveway or a space of approx. 10 metres
Stage 1 of the challenge - beginner (100 points)
Run to the top of the stairs and back down and complete the activity for each level (10 reps)
Stage 2 of the challenge - intermediate (200 points)
Run to the top of the stairs and back down and complete the activity for each level (20 reps)
Stage 3 of the challenge - Advanced (250 points)
Run to the top of the stairs increase your reps to 30 and in between each activity hold a plank for 30 secs before starting the next level
Level 1 - run to the top of stairs followed by - push ups
Level 2 - repeat the stair run followed by - star jumps
Level 3 - repeat stair run followed by - burpees
Level 4 - repeat stair run followed by - squats
Level 5 - repeat stair run followed by - lunges
