RUN CLUB

This challenge is aimed to help you improve your cardiovascular fitness through running. Remember the aim is to be consistent, so pick a level that you are able to comfortably complete (comfortably means you should be able to hold a conversation with someone whilst running, if you can’t you’re going too fast.)

- Use your fitness watch, phone, or a running app like RunKeeper to track your distance and share a screenshot of your run to the activity tracker.

Choose one of the levels below and have a 1-minute rest in between each km you run.

​

  • I’m new to running - 3x1km​ (50 points)

  • I’ve run before but not often - 4x1km (100 points)​

  • I run regularly - 5km (only resting when needed) (150 points) 

  • I run regularly - 8km (only resting when needed) (250 points).
